Two meeting rooms/offices are located on the lower level in an office suite arrangement. Either of these rooms could be used for meetings, interviews or office space used on an hourly basis. They could also be used for a small school setting.
One room is set up with a board room table/chairs for 12 people, with an area for seating, information table, etc. This room is approximately 230 square feet.
A second room, similar in layout too the room described above, can be set up for a meeting with a large table and chairs, or just chairs. This room is approximately 230 square feet.
The central part of the office suite is available as a breakout room for a nominal fee when other rooms are rented. This area can also be set up with a board room table and chairs.
The 1,200 square foot lower level hall is very open and available for meetings of up to 120 people, exercise groups and other activities.
This level is accessible by stairs and elevator. Chairs and tables are available, as well as a portable large-screen TV. Accessible washrooms are located on this level. There is a servery/kitchenette that features storage cabinets, double sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven for preparing and serving food and refreshments, including making coffee and tea.
